CARL T. WINDELL, J.D., Attorney
The founder holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from the
University of California at San Francisco and a Juris
Doctor from Lincoln University Law School, where he
graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also holds a teaching
credential at the community college level, was
admitted to the bar in 1966 and is a member of the
California State Bar Committee on wills, trusts and
probate, the San Mateo County Bar Probate section, and
the Santa Clara County Bar Association Probate
section.

DON FERGUSON, J.D., Attorney
Don holds a Bachelor's Degree from San Jose State University and a Juris Doctorate from Empire College School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2000. He is the current principal of Windell & Ferguson, Attorneys at Law, where he has worked for 19 years 10 as a paralegal and 9 as an attorney. Clients meet with Don in all three of his law offices located in San Jose, San Mateo, and Santa Rosa. Don is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, Probate Section, and is a member of the California State Bar, Trusts and Estate Section.
