CARL T. WINDELL, J.D., Attorney
The owner and founder holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from the
University of California at San Francisco and a Juris
Doctor from Lincoln University Law School, where he
graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also holds a teaching
credential at the community college level, was
admitted to the bar in 1966 and is a member of the
California State Bar Committee on wills, trusts and
probate, the San Mateo County Bar Probate section, and
the Santa Clara County Bar Association Probate
section.

GENIS LIN, J.D., Attorney
Genis received her Juris Doctor Degree from University of California, Davis, School of Law and was admitted to bar in 2000. She also has a Master of Laws Degree in International Banking Law from Boston University, School of Law. Genis speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.

Don is an attorney associate and is the Northbay
Manager for the firm. Don graduated Cum Laude from Empire College, School of Law, in Santa Rosa
in 2000. Don has been in the estate planning field since
1986 and is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association Probate section.
